    State Level
    - Support House Bill 229 which is Governor Beshear's proposal to extend and improve Kentucky's economic development incentives.
    - Support House Bill 395 to extend the Kentucky Transpark Wage Assessment from 20 years to 30 years under certain conditions.
    - Amend KRS 141.310 and 141.350 to provide for a personal state income tax credit against the 1.5% Transpark wage assessment.
    - Support changes in KREDA County job requirements from 15 jobs to 5 jobs.
    - Support the repeal of the Alternative Minimum Calculation.
    - Support the SKYPAC Project in downtown Bowling Green.
    Federal Level - Support legislation to update the definition of manufacturing for industrial development bonds to be used for both traditional manufacturers and new economy industries such as software and biotechnology.
    - Oppose the tightening of federal ozone emission standards which could cause counties in South Central Kentucky to be classified non-attainment.
    - Oppose approval of the Employee Free Choice Act.

    - Rochester Dam repair - Authorization and appropriation for repairs on Green River Lock & Dam #3 as recommended in the September 2004 Corps of Engineers Navigation Disposition Study. - Army Corp of Engineers Barren River Water Study for the most cost effective way to raise the water level of the Barren River. $400,000 - Approval of Benefit-Cost Analysis to move the Bowling Green Warren County Regional Airport to the Kentucky Transpark. - Environmental Impact Statement to move the Bowling Green Warren County Regional Airport to the Kentucky Transpark.
